In order to bulk import reviews to your Shopify store from ViVa Reviews. Go to ViVa Reviews Dashboard and click on the import reviews tab from the left menu.
Now, click on the bulk import reviews option.
To bulk import reviews , you already need to have a CSV file created that follows the same format as mentioned in the sample file. You can click on the download sample file text to see the format.
Here, you can bulk import reviews through a CSV file. Click on the Choose File button to upload a CSV file. Then click on the Bulk Import button to finally import all the reviews into your store. If you don't have a CSV file, you can import reviews for individual products by clicking import review next to each product in the list.
