Please note the #1 common reason why reviews could still appear on your store after the app has been removed from Shopify is due to Browser Cache.
To Clear Chrome Browser Cache
To remove a single customer review
- Search for the product in ViVA Reviews
- Click the [View] button.
- toggle the status of the review off.
To Remove All reviews for a product
- Left Menu > Imported list
- Click Delete Next to the product you want to remove all reviews from.
To remove ALL reviews from your SellShop at once
- You would need to uninstall our app from your Shopify Apps page
- This is not necessary, but to see changes reflected on your machine immediately, clear your browser cache.
