Manual Process to Update Order Info

Updating Aliexpress Order ID Manually

Sell The Trend provides complete order fulfillment automation.  When orders come in you can process them automatiocally with one click using sell the trend.   No manual process is required.

Sometimes you may choose to manually update the Aliexpress order if manually. You can follow this process.

1. Go to the Aliexpress order page

    https://trade.aliexpress.com/orderList.htm

2. locate the order you just placed and grab the order id

3. Got back to the Sell The Trend Orders page, click on Add Number and enter that order id

If Error, then fulfilling Order Manually Process

If you are having an issue where when you click Get Tracking Code, you get a message saying  "Tracking Info Found, updating..." but then the Sell The Trend logo spins and does not fulfill the order, then you can choose to fulfill the order manually, but this is not required in most cases.  follow the following procedure:

1. Go to the Aliexpress order page

    https://trade.aliexpress.com/orderList.htm

2. locate the order you just placed and click View Detail

3. grab the tracking number in the Logistics Section

4. Go to the Shopify Admin Orders page for that order and click Fulfill Item.  In the window that pops up, enter the tracking id you grabbed from the Aliexpress Logistics section, and then click "Fulfill Items" on the right.
