Fulfilling orders with Sell The Trend is designed to be fast and mostly automated. Once your store starts getting sales, you can process orders in just a few clicks.

Here’s the simplified step-by-step process ?

Step 1: Connect Your AliExpress Account

Before fulfilling any orders, you need to connect your AliExpress account.

How to do it:

1. Go to your Orders page in Sell The Trend

2. Click the “Connect AliExpress” prompt

3. Log in to AliExpress and click Authorize

✅ Once connected, you’re ready to start fulfilling orders

Step 2: Open Your Orders Page

• Go to Orders inside Sell The Trend

• Find the order you want to fulfill

• Click “Order Products”

This opens a summary of the order details.

Step 3: Choose Shipping Options

Each product will have available shipping methods depending on the supplier.

What to do:

• Review shipping options (location, speed, price)

• Select the best option for your customer

? Tip: Some products ship from different countries (e.g., US vs China), which affects delivery time.

Step 4: Place the Order (1-Click Fulfillment)

• Click “Place Order”

Sell The Trend will:

• Automatically send customer details to AliExpress

• Add the product to your AliExpress cart

Step 5: Complete Payment on AliExpress

• Click “Pay for Order”

• Select all pending orders

• Complete payment using your saved payment method

✅ Once paid, the order is officially processed

Step 6: Wait for Tracking Code

After the supplier ships the product:

• Click “Get Tracking Code” or if you are on Essential plan, then the tracking good is automatically fetched at regular intervals so you do not have to do any manual work!

• Then Sell The Trend will:

  • Pull the tracking number

  • Mark the order as fulfilled

  • Send tracking info to your customer automatically

Optional: Handle Missing Phone Numbers

AliExpress requires a phone number for every order.

You can:

• Set a default phone number in Settings

• Or only apply it when the customer didn’t provide one
