Using the ViVA Reviews app in SellShop is a great way to manage and display customer reviews efficiently. Follow these steps to configure the app and customize your review imports.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Access the Apps Section

1. Go to the SellShop Dashboard

2. Navigate to the Apps section from your dashboard.

Step 2: Configure ViVA Reviews

1. In the Apps section, locate the ViVA Reviews app.

2. Click on the Configure button next to ViVA Reviews.

Step 3: Quantity Per Import

1. You can import a set range of reviews by selecting the "Random Quantity per import" option.

2. You can import fixed number of reviews by selecting the fixed quantity option.

Step 4: Customize Review Options

1. Ratings: Choose the ratings you want to include. For example, you can select to import 3-star 4-star, and 5-star reviews.

2. Photos and Content: Decide if you want to include reviews with photos and specific content types.

3. Reviewer Locations: Filter reviews based on the location of the reviewers. This is useful for targeting specific geographic areas.

4. Translation: Choose to translate the review content to cater to a multilingual audience.

Then just click on the Save All button to save changes.
