Follow the following steps in order to reset your Order fulfillment status from within Shopify.
This could be needed in case you pressed the "Fulfill Item" button inside Shopify or have auto-fulfill order setup within your Shopify Settings.
All fulfillment should be handled from within Sell The Trend My Orders Page using this tutorial.
If you see orders appear already fulfilled in Sell The Trend's My Orders page, and you have not fulfilled them using the process outlined in the video above, then there might be an issue.
In this case you would need to un-fulfill the order from Shopify.
Go to the Orders Tab and locate the fulfilled order in Shopify.
click on the three dots in the top right hand corner to cancel fulfillment.
Once you do that, the order will be reset and you should be able to fulfill it from the Sell The Trend My Orders Page correctly.
