If the reviews are not showing on your store, please follow the instructions that are stated below.
1. Please clear your browser cache. If you are on chrome, please click on this link to see how you can clear your chrome browser cache.
2. Make sure to click publish all/ publish reviews when you import reviews. You can publish reviews by going to the import reviews tab from the left menu and then clicking on the view button.
When the import reviews modal shows up, just click on the "publish all" button. This should now display all of your reviews on the product page.
3. If the reviews are still not showing, please open a ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Open a ticket and include the URL of your store ➡️ Submit a Ticket
