Hi. Please Perform the following steps to resolve your Chrome Extension Issue.
First make sure you are following the direction in this blog article on how to use the extension.
1. Ensure you are at the latest version of the Chrome Browser. Put the following in the Chrome URL Address bar to find out current version
- chrome://settings/help

2. Clear you chrome cache. You just need to select "Cached images and files", don't need to select cookies or other site data

3. Remove the chrome extension from your browser and then re-install it by going here

4. In your chrome browser URL box enter: chrome://extensions/
This will take you to the extensions list loaded on your browser. Please disable all extensions (except Sell The Trend) by toggling them off and try to order product again. You can turn them back on once you give this a try. Since Other extensions could interfere with the operation of our extension this will help us isolate where the issue might be.
