Modified on Sun, 14 Jun at 10:25 AM

Before pushing a product to your store, Sell The Trend allows you to customize product variants, pricing, costs, and inventory quantities.

Step 1: Open the Product

form any Push To Store screen.

Step 2: Open the Variant Editor

Scroll down to the Fulfillment Source section.

Click the Edit Variants button.

This screen allows you to customize each product variation before pushing the product to your store.

What Can Be Customized?

Inside the Edit Variants screen, you can customize:

  • Product variants (size, color, style, etc.)
  • Selling prices
  • Supplier costs
  • Product quantities
  • Variant availability

This gives you full control over which variations appear in your store and how they are priced.

How to Update Product Quantities

If you’d like to adjust the quantity available for a specific variant:

  1. Open the Edit Variants screen.
  2. Locate the variant you would like to modify.
  3. Update the Quantity field for that variant.
  4. Save your changes.

The updated quantity will be used when the product is pushed to your store.

This is useful if you want to:

  • Limit available inventory
  • Remove low-stock variants
  • Control which options customers can purchase

Step 3: Push the Product to Your Store

Once you’ve finished customizing your variants, pricing, and quantities, click Push to Store.

The product will be added to your connected store using your customized settings.
