How to Refund order on SellShop

In order to refund the order on SellShop. please go to Manage > Orders. Click on the Actions dropdown and then select the Cancel & Refund option.

Enter the refund amount and choose a reason from the dropdown. If you wish to notify the customer through email then select the checkbox "Send a confirmation email to the customer". Finally, click on Cancel and Refund button to successfully refund the amount to the customer.
