In order to integrate Tawk live chat into your store, please login into tawk dashboard and click on the settings icon.
In the administration menu, click on the channels option and select the chat widget.
After you click on the chat widget option, copy the direct chat link.
Go to SHOPS settings and click on the apps option from the left menu. Click on the configure button to enable the chat app.
Once the chat app is enabled, paste the copied direct chat link from Tawk.
